My Sauce Good

A tasty new acoustic trio playing French Swing, soulful Latin-American folksongs and Bohemian Jazz tunes from the 1920’s onwards. Featuring Laura Brozky (Argentina) on vocals, founding member of “Waiting for Guinness” Dirk Kruithof on Guitar and charismatic violinist- Veren Grigorgov (Arabesk). Fun, flavoursome and stylish with a gypsy-like edge.

Argentinian-born chanteuse Laura Brozky sings in French, Italian, Hebrew, Spanish,

Portuguese and English. She brings an international flavour to the group, acquired through years spent residing in various parts of the world cultivating her skills and performing inregional festivals.

Dirk Kruithof plays a spirited guitar accompaniment, part gypsy-swing, part world-bluesman. He has played, toured and composed extensively for many years with local Sydney legends Waiting for Guinness, Gypsy-dub-sound-system and On the Stoop. He arranges much of the group’s material.

Bulgarian born Veren Grigorov plays Viola and Violin. Veren studied at the Conservatorium of Music in Sydney and various music schools in Europe. He has toured with chamber orchestras, played with INXS and composed as well as performed music for TV and theatre productions such as King Lear and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He has also played with Sydney based bands Four Play and Arabesk.

With an eclectic repertoire including Tom Waits, Piazzolla, Andrews Sisters, Triplets of Belleville, Buena Vista Social club and much more, My Sauce Good is fun, familiar, flavoursome and stylish!
